On the job:

• Manage inbound calls from customers lodging motor vehicle insurance claims
• Assist these customers with queries regarding the status of their motor vehicle claims
• Provide end to end customer support – you will actually get to help the customer and see the results!!
• A variety of administrative and computer system duties
