One of Australia's leading financial institutions are looking for experienced collections officers who would like to join their dynamic and results driven team. You will be responsible for the recovery of motor loans, personal loans, retail finance and credit cards.

You responsibilities will consist of but will not be limited to;

• outbound phone based collection/recovery activity
• making realistic arrangements with customers using negotiation skills
• skip trace customers who don't have contact details
• provide customers with solutions to assist with paying their account

You will be performance measured so meeting and exceeding KPI's will be essential and you will be accountable for your individual performance results.

Delivering ????? ????? outcome for the customer and the business will be key in this role so you will be required to posses the below attributes;

• strong negotiation
• excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• good decision making ability
• ability to overcome objections
• ability to build customer relationships
• ability to work under pressure
