We are currently looking for 16 collections consultant to join one of Australia's largest banks. The role of a collections consultant is to contact customers regarding missed payments. It is a challenging role that requires strong negotiation skills and problem solving skills.
Ideal candidate will have interest in banking and finance as well as customer service, sales or collections experience.
It is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to gain experience on part time basis while studying
Hours required 5pm- 9pm ( monday to friday) Not negotiable.
