This group has a strong pedigree gained over 15 years, delivering ????? ????? range of build projects in Melbourne, and beyond. With a project portfolio across Commercial & Industrial, Aged Care, Education, Bulky Goods and Fitout they have an impressive repeat client list that has ensured their continued growth over the last 5 years, and again in 2009. They have now secured an additional project, a $4m Catholic School, and are seeking an accomplished Site Manager to lead this project.
Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will have responsibility for the management of all subcontractors, site resources and personnel, and OH&S. You will be required to liase with clients and authorities. As a Site Manager/Foreperson with this company you will need to:
Demonstrate experience at a similar level
Have the ability to manage, coordinate, plan ahead and negotiated with trades
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Be trained and competent in OH&S site management
Applications are sought from experienced candidates who have proven supervisory experience within the Victorian construction arena. Experience on working within the educational and/or commercial arena is required. A package up to the value of $110k will be negotiated with the successful applicant.
