The position will cover most areas of construction project management and include:
Contract Management
Construction Programming
Client & Stakeholder Liaison
Managing Site Teams and Personnel
Variations and Progress Claims
Ensuring ????? ????? in QA, OH&S and IR
Subcontract management and Labour Resourcing
Applications are sought from construction professionals with a minimum of 4 years proven experience in the commercial building sector, ideally coupled with tertiary qualifications. You must be an effective communicator who can represent this up and coming building group and build lasting client and subcontractor relationships. You must be highly computer literate and have an excellent understanding of contracts administration and financial control.
