The Client:
Join a hugely successful Australian company with a current need for a Facilities Manager to look after their entire Southern Region including Victoria, South Australia and Tasmania. With 6 sites encompassing office tenancy, commercial and warehousing this is an exciting time of growth and there is a breadth of sites to manage. This is an initial contract position with genuine scope to establish yourself and make the position your own on a full time basis.
The role requires:
- Strong knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical services
- OH+S coupled with Environmental and Sustainability experience
- Strong Maintenance and Contractor Management
- Establishing Systems for all FM work
- Working around soft services
The Requirements:
Possessing tertiary qualifications in construction or selected discipline with excellent client liaison skills and a keen eye for detail. Within the position the applicant will ideally have 5 years or more experience, a young go-getter with diverse skills and good aptitude would suit this developing role. Currently studying part time Facilities Management?? Not a problem, there is flexibility in the hours to continue education.
