The Position:
Working closely with the Project Director your role will be to represent the client and establish yourself across all aspects of the project from the initial project briefing with the client, engagement and co-ordination of related consultancies and contractors to final negotiation and hand-over using knowledge from previous successful projects. Along with being responsible for the development, management and performance of a range of products as required by the company, calling on your experience from planning and resourcing projects to meeting client requirements and business targets will see excel in this professional consultancy.
The Requirements:
A tertiary degree in a relevant property development discipline or related field. Along with five years experience in related aspects of Design, Construction and Property management. You will need to be motivated and able to provide leadership to a team, ensuring ????? ????? of responsibility and authority. Candidates who show willingness and ability to constantly improve to potential Senior Project Management roles will go far. An ability to meet targets and make tough decisions to resolve problems will be advantageous.
