Working with a Local Authority just outside Melbournes CBD you will be given a mixture of development projects to apply your planning knowledge to. This is a fast paced inner metro planning unit dealing with a high volume of development applications for a variety of projects, and would suit a highly driven and technically savvy planner with extensive
Reporting to the Planning co-ordinator your main responsibilities will be:
- Providing advice and assistance to junior planners
- Preparation of council reports
- Providing assessment and planning reports
- Consultation with communities and other bodies
Ideally you will be:
- Tertiary qualified in planning
- Experienced in a Statutory Planning environment
- Happy to work in a team environment
- Pleasant and courteous in nature
- A good verbal and written communicator
You will be remunerated with an attractive salary comparable to market rates depending on qualifications and experience.
