A leading top tier Civil and Build contractor is looking to recruit a competent planner for their rapidly expanding civil team.
Due to their busy project schedule they are now looking for a Planning Engineer to join their Civil Project Team.
Your main responsibilities will be to identify, manage and perform all the planning functions of the project.
This will require the production, communication, monitoring, reporting and updating of over-all planning and methodologies; the preparation of in-house and Client progress reports; the preparation and management of short-term programs and the support of other site staff in the performance of their individual planning and reporting responsibilities.
As a Senior Planner you will be responsible for overseeing all planning and programming on projects. Leading the planning team you will be responsible for the initial liaison and establishment of time lines and key time markers. Gather, process, monitor and control weekly progress data; compare progress against schedule, recommend on policy or procedural revisions to improve schedule accomplishment and work closely with key stakeholders to improve the project outcomes.
Key Competencies:
- Proven experience in major projects.
- Degree Qualified.
- Extensive Primavera (P6) or Suretrack experience.
- Results focused, high achiever.
