Subdivision Officer

  • Begin in November

  • 3 month duration
  • Opportunity not to be missed!!  A subdivision officer is required for assessment of subdivisions which are small in size, up to 300 lots but can be complex in nature so attention to details is essential.

    Reporting to the Team Leader of Planning you will be:

    • Preparing ????? ????? high quality town planning reports and documents
    • Undertaking investigation and research of planning issues to support planning reports
    • Liaison with clients and local authorities

    Ideally you will be:

    • Tertiary qualified in planning
    • Experienced within a planning environment in Victoria
    • Experienced in assessing subdivision applications
    • Capable of hitting the ground running
    • A  good verbal and written communicator

    This is a great time to pick up your next contract position, beginning mid November and going for three months, this would see you through Christmas and New Year.
