This industry leading planning, architectural and landscape design practice requires the appointment of a senior level Urban Planner to assist on multiple projects including commercial/office complexes, cultural centres, education and health facilities, residential, retail and recreational development.
This is a key position within our clients Melbourne planning team requiring ????? ????? graduate experience gained within Victoria, ideally within consulting practice although those coming from the public sector will also be considered, You will be practiced in statutory approval processes for a wide range of large scale and complex developments, as well as demonstrate an understanding of strategic land use and growth area planning. In addition, you will have the skills and motivation assist the Planning Manager in the identification and development of new business opportunities, as well as the ongoing fostering ????? ????? existing client base.
As Senior Planner you will be responsible for leading your own portfolio of projects, writing bids, preparing ????? ????? plans, managing project teams and reporting on programs and project budgets. As such, you will demonstrate excellent time, people and client management skills and an ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Your outstanding communication and problem solving skills mean you achieve effective outcomes when dealing with a range of stakeholder groups. You will also possess exceptional written communication skills and the ability to produce high quality, concise reports and planning advice to clients.
