Our international client are well established and considered a market leader and progressive organisation. Committed to on going development and training of staff they are seeking to employ their next generation of leading sales staff. The company are well regarded globally and have a reputation for being a forward thinking, innovative supplier to the building industry and are constantly seeking ways to improve their products and value to their large client base.
After extensive product training you will join a team of bright, enthusiastic, dynamic external account managers. Your role will see you maintain and develop relationships with some of Melbourne' s key architects and designers and you will be required to take briefs from these clients and then solution sell products into to suit the end user requirements. The projects will be new builds or refurbishment projects within corporate, high end residential, hospitality and education projects. Primarily based in the field you will also liaise with internal departments to source products and will be required to see projects through from start to finish.
We are seeking people with the following skills and attributes;
- Relevant tertiary qualifications related to interior design or fit outs.
- Some sales experience ideally within the commercial interior industry.
- Bright, out going, friendly nature and personality.
- Natural ability to build relationships.
- Some face to face sales experience.
- Strong computer skills and high attention to detail.
- Desire to be involved in a sales role within high end commercial fit out products.
- A passion for on going training and development.
- An ability to work with a close knit team of like minded individuals.

Initially you will be offered a negotiable base between $50-67K + Car / Allow + Super + Uncapped Bonus.
