The opportunity exists to join a fast paced continuously expanding high-end residential Design/Drafting firm. My client offers a very impressive working culture with a genuine flat structure and excellent opportunities for further career growth. The business (which has been successfully operating for more than 8 years) is small so if you’re not a fan of being pigeon holed then this is for you.

Ideally you will:

• Have a 3+ years of residential drafting experience. Ideally projects you have worked on will include custom designed homes and or apartments $1 million in value or more.
• You will be tertiary qualified in a related building background
• Be proficient in the use of AutoCAD
• Be a team player, have high aspirations and be dynamic in all that you do.
• Have exceptional attention to detail
• Construction experience
• Excellent product knowledge

Although initially a contract role the opportunity exists for you to join this busy and expanding business on a full time basis. Remuneration will be based on experience and the ability to hit the ground running.
