This employer is a preferred contractor for a great range of blue chip companies across Australia as a result of their unique turn-key service, offering ????? ????? one stop shop for services including Construction, Fitout, Refurbishment and Mechanical and Technology Services. With an impressive range of construction projects currently underway they have recently been awarded an interesting $15m project encompassing new build, extension and services upgrade components. With a first class PM and SM leading this project they are now seeking an accomplished Contracts Administrator to join the group and continue their success in Melbourne.
As a Contracts Administrator with this group your responsibilities will include:
Tendering, negotiating and letting package with sub-contractors
Submission and approval of RFIs, EOTs and Contract Variations
Certifying and Processing Sub-Contractor Progress Claims
Cost Forecasting and Reporting
Preparing ????? ?????&S Site Docuementation
Liaision with Architects, Engineers, Superintendents and Buidling Surveyors
Quality Assurance
Applicants are sought who have tertiary qualifications in building/construction coupled with experience within the commercial construction market in Melbourne. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a group that is making their mark in Melbourne and where is a real opportunity to grow and enhance your Contract Administration skills and if desire move towards a Project Manager role in the medium term. A package to the value of $90k is available.
