We are currently working with a premier 2nd Tier builder in the recruitment of a switched on and driven construction graduate.  You will join the business as a Contracts Administrator, shadowing a highly experienced Project Manager and learn and develop the fundamental skills of Contracts Administration, before being offered the chance to progress your career and eventually manage your own projects over the long term. 

This client undertakes in a diverse range of projects throughout Victoria and is in the fortunate position of having a full order book over the next 18 months.  Projects range from $1M through to $100M and you will have the chance to gain exposure to preliminary programs, contract letting, subcontractor management, progress claims, variations and on site-meetings. 

Given there are few Graduate positions available in the market at present, to be successful you will need relevant construction tertiary qualifications at degree level and have already had exposure to the construction industry through either previous part time or full time work experience.  Excellent communication, time management skills are essential alongside an excellent work ethic.
