Generally, these clients are seeking skilled individuals whose key skills and experience include:
Procure, package and negotiate sub-contracts through to final account
Processing claims, variations, prgoress payments & contract correspondence
Strong budget management and reporting skills
Preparation of monthly management reports.
Applicants are sought who have tertiary qualifications in building/construction coupled with experience within the commercial construction market in Melbourne. These are real opportunities with interesting groups that can offer long term work into 2010 and beyond. Packages from $60k to $120k available.
