My client is an award winning leading National residential builder. They operate within Victoria, Queensland and South Australia and build contemporary and high quality homes for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd home buyer markets.

The Melbourne office, located in the SE suburbs, requires a Draftsperson to join their existing team of experienced Drafters. The position is permanent and available immediately. Responsibilities will include production of site plans, working drawings and documentation for a wide range of domestic homes.

To be considered for this role you will have the following:

• Diploma of Building Design and Technology or equivalent
• Experience working on residential projects
• Proficiency using AutoCAD
• Excellent work ethic
• Solid communication skills
