RESIDENTIAL DRAFTSPERSON - ARCHICAD - RESIDENTIAL BUILDER

ArchiCAD proficiency essential

Residential projects - Apartments, medium density, houses

Contract - ongoing possibly permanent

My client is a national developer servicing the residential, commercial and investor markets. The National Drafting team, based in Melbournes SE suburbs, is seeking an experienced Draftsperson to commence in an initial contract role. The position is currently ongoing and may become a permanent position for the right person.
Responsibilities will include the production of site plans, working drawings and documentation for a wide range of projects. This includes volume build homes, custom designed homes, medium density developments and high-rise apartments.
To be considered for this role you MUST have the following:
ArchiCAD proficiency
Previous experience working on residential projects
Solid knowledge of BCA and Rescode
Willingness to take on a contract position
