Medium sized practice handling projects up to $200mil

Through their exceptional retail designs and follow through, this all rounder practice has expanded into other sectors successfully, taking with them a loyal client base. They have since developed their coverage to bulky goods retail, industrial, commercial and hospitality sectors and have gained a good reputation in design and delivery by doing so. Since their inception more than 40 years ago, they have delivered projects throughout the Asia Pacific region as well as parts of Europe.
The practice has been stable throughout the years only ever growing organically and they now have a need to grow further. They see a way forward with the hire of a new Senior Documentor to lead and mentor a more junior team. Your team will consist of current permanent staff with the possibility of a new permanent staff member. Your excellent Revit skills and knowledge would make you the go-to person in your team and you will also be the Documentation project leader.
To be successful in this role, you would need to have qualified in the field of architecture or a building related course. Being an all-rounder yourself and having intricate knowledge of the processes and procedures of Revit Software, you would understand whats needed to deliver a project of up to $200mil with many stakeholders. This will also be a client-facing role with site visits so your daily activities will vary giving you diversity and further experience in delivering ????? ?????.
