The Roles

• Managing all aspects of day to day aftersales operations (service, parts, logistics, warranty)
• Ensuring customer satisfaction KPI's are achieved
• Management of a large and diverse team of technical staff
• Influence change through continuous improvement, process and policy development and exchange of ideas

Your skills

• Solid Aftersales management experience in an automotive environment
• Technical qualifications diploma or degree highly regarded but not essential
• Excellent communication and written abilities
• Solid leadership skills

• High attention to detail
• Commercially savvy
