 Melbourne and Sydney based these corporate executives are seeking your proven ability to manage their daily needs whilst taking responsibility for some general accounts. Responsibilities include diary management, travel arrangements, catering for meetings, attending to the mail, maintaining client database information as well ordering stationery and running the occasional personal errand. Other exciting challenges include checking and sending out tax assessments and correspondence, payment of accounts, following up outstanding invoices, banking and payment of salaries.
 
You will ideally have worked previously in a professional service firm and therefore be comfortable in a corporate environment and possess a high ethic around confidentiality. To be successful in your application it is also essential that you have Word (mail merge and formatting); Advanced Excel, Intermediate Powerpoint and those who also have MYOB will be highly regarded.
