Join the Kamco team in its drive to design, build and implement an innovative smartcard based public transport ticketing system for the state of Victoria.

 

We have a number of rewarding opportunities immediately available for experienced help desk/ customer service professionals to join our valued team. In this key role you will be the first line of support for all operator queries.

 

It is imperative that you have superior level communication skills and a professional telephone manner to effectively liaise with our customers and provide a high level of efficient service.  Importantly, you will have proven abilities in time management to produce quality results within specified deadlines.

 

You must have the flexibility to work in a rotating roster with shifts from 5am – 11pm 7 days a week.

The successful applicant:

·         You must be a logical thinker and problem solver.

·         Strong excel skills is a must

·         Ability to work autonomously

·         Strong communication skills inclusive of written and oral

·         Strong attention to detail

·         Ability to work in a team based environment

·         Ability to multi task and work under pressure

·         Customer Focus

·         Strong Customer Service Experience

Ability to work a rotating roster which will include late nights and weekends
