My client is one of the largest accounting networks in the world; they provide assurance, tax and specialist advisory services to privately held businesses and corporate and listed entities.

They have access to firms in over 100 countries, giving our clients specialist local knowledge wherever their business takes them.

They are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join their team as Business Trainee based in the Melbourne CBD.

Job will include:

- Assist with organising networking events, external seminars / presentation and team events etc

- Assist with maintaining and coordinating the training program

- Archive files and coda file labelling including consolidating and creating new files

- Document filing, photocopying, scanning, and binding

- Creating letters, with compliments slips and labels

- Delivering mail to relevant divisions or teams

- Checking mail correspondence

- Collating financial packages including printing accounts and tax returns

- Assist with raising bills

Key Selection Criteria:

- Typing speed of 40wpm

- Basic to intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Lotus Notes

- Excellent administrative, verbal and written communications skills.

- Shows initiative and enthusiasm and has a ‘can do’, professional attitude.

- Highly motivated and proactive

-  Ability to work autonomously

- Well developed organisational and time management skills
