My client is one of the largest employee-owned engineering and related consultancy services companies with 21 offices across the world. They offer numerous engineering consultancy services to many markets including Industrial, Infrastructure, Buildings and the Public Sector.
They are currently seeking an enthusiastic and career driven individual to commence a traineeship in Certificate 3 Business.
The role will include:
- Assisting the Office Manager in the daily running of Corporate Services
- General office and administration duties
- Arrange for service and maintenance of company vehicles.
- Maintain office floor and facilities
- Relief Reception
- Assist with Training and Development sector
- Maintain archive database
Key Selection Criteria:
- Must have drivers license!
- Friendly and outgoing manner
- Computer Literate
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Able to work in a team or independently
- Take initiative when necessary
