Receptionist/Office Coordinator

 

  • $40,000-$45,000 Package

  • Are you a jack of all trades? A growing building company based in Preston is on the lookout for an Office Coordinator/Receptionist for their busy offices in Northern Suburbs.

    Duties will include but not be limited to:

    • Reception
    • Invoice administration- Accounts Payable and Receivable
    • Stationary control including toners, paper, staff amenities etc
    • Mail and fax distribution
    • General typing and administrative duties
    • HR & OHS Co-ordination

    Attributes / Skills:

    • Team player
    • Time Management; ability to multi-task and prioritise.
    • Excellent skills in the Microsoft Office suite
    • Attention to detail.
