Located in the heart of Melbourne, your day will be varied and challenging. You will be responsible for providing high levels of administration within the team.
Your duties will include:
- Processing invoices
- Financial reporting
- Data base management
- Ordering ????? ????? and kitchen supplies
- Sorting and distribution of mail
- Assisting with telephone calls
- Ad hoc duties
To secure this rare opportunity you will ideally have exposure within Finance, pose superb communication skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously you must also have intermediate MS Office knowledge & have completed a PS146.
