Engineering ????? ????? in Melbourne CBD is on the lookout for an experienced Team/Project Administrator to provide comprehensive support to the Building Department for a 6 month contract. You must have experience in Engineering, Construction, Architecture a related industry to be successful in this role.
The main duties of the role would be to provide administrative support to project team members. This is a challenging position that would require a great deal of time management skills and the ability to work autonomously or as part of a team. You must be Proficient in Word 2007 version as well as PowerPoint.
Duties and Responsibilities for the Team Administrator will include:
Secretarial support to all members of the Building Group
Preparation of documents and management reports
Document management
Drafting submissions, correspondence and final reports
Arranging and attending meetings
Minute taking
Ad hoc Administrative duties as required
You will have the ability to manage staff and ensure duties are undertaken by staff members in your team as well as possessing competence in managing important documents and information.
