We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Owners Corporation Manager. If your time has come, and you have the drive, ability and the desire to be an important and key part of an avant-garde, zestful company – don’t miss this one!

Working for an innovative project developer, you will be overseeing 3 new residential owners corporations and taking on a fantastic new multi-storey commercial complex.

Take charge and allow your foresight to come into fruition. From inception to completion, you will be turned to for advice and recommendations on best practice and how to structure the department. Adding a little flavour to the role, you will also be liaising with development managers, providing them with suggestions at the onset and throughout the stages of new projects.

Demonstrating at least 3 years owners corporation experience you will be extremely well versed in the Act. You will be proficient in administrative duties and, as this role will entail some property management duties, ideally possess your agent representative certificate. Experience with Stratamatic software is highly desirable.
