    As Business Administrator you will join a busy contact centre which deals with customer service for Telstra's consumer base. Reporting to the Contact Centre Manager you will be supporting the leadership team of this dynamic centre where no two days are alike.
     
    Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
     
    • Day to day administration including staff commencement, systems access, invoice and mail management, ordering ????? ?????, maintaining meeting agendas and minute taking
    • Internal and External Stakeholder management
    • Organising seating plan
    • Asset management (leasing of computers, mobiles etc)
    • Managing the OH&S plan for the centre 
       

    Being self managed, resilient and highly motivated will be pivotal in your success as Business Administrator with Telstra.
     
    An administrative background supporting multiple stakeholders is essential as is a high proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, ability to learn on the fly, multitask and manage tight deadlines will see you highly rewarded in this role.
