You must be a qualified CA or CPA accountant, with extensive (at least 5 years) tax accounting experience that has also involved leadership and mentoring ????? ?????. This is a leadership role in the true sense of the term; not in the context of a "Tax Manager" in a larger accountancy firm. 

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparation and review of accounts and tax returns
• Work flow management
• Staff management and development
• Client interaction/relationship building
• Provision of tax advice
• Planning in conjunction with Partners

With demonstrated accounting, taxation and business services experience you will also posses strong technical knowledge and a high level of attention to detail. Additionally your verbal and written communication skills will be excellent and you will have the ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels.
