    To maintain the highest quality service delivery to clients and also the work life balance of the team, an exciting opportunity has been created for a dynamic, outgoing and technically astute Business Services Manager.  Leading a team of accountants and managing a very significant client portfolio, the role will require high level communication skills, and the personality to motivate staff and build client relationships.  The role will suit an experienced manager or strong supervisor who enjoys being hands on with staff and clients and who is happy to actively support the firm's development, including participation in social and team building initiatives. 
     
    The ideal candidate would be CA or CPA qualified with extensive experience in a similar role in Australian public practice.  Client management and strong technical skills are essential.  Energy, passion and the willingness to actively participate in the success of the firm will ensure your success.
