Management Accountant

An exciting opportunity is available in our corporate team for an experienced Management Accountant.
Working closely with the Group Financial Controller you will prepare monthly management and board reports including group financials, variance and headcount analysis, group budgets and forecasts and reporting packs. In addition you will be required to build a detailed understanding of operating processes and costs and be responsible for maintaining and developing complex excel business models. You will also provide financial support to managers for business cases and ad-hoc financial analysis.

You will liaise closely with the department managers assisting them with budget preparation and reforecasting as may be required, and enhancing their knowledge of budgeting processes. You will also participate in risk and quality management initiatives as part of the organisations focus on continuous improvement of the management accounting function.

To be successful in this position you will be experienced in budgeting, forecasting and management reporting, familiar with standard accounting systems and month end ledger closing processes, have advanced Excel modelling skills and be proficient with other MS Office applications, and with tertiary qualifications hold CPA or CA certification.
