Finance Administrator (0.8)
The AMEB Federal Office is seeking an experienced Finance Administrator to manage the finance functions of its Melbourne-based office. The Finance Administrator is responsible for maintaining the company’s financial records, debtors and creditors accounts, payroll inc. super reconciliations, profit and loss and balance sheet reporting, instalment activities statement (PAYG) and BAS statement, monitor and report on monthly income and expenditure, co-ordinate payroll processing and leave administration.
The successful applicant will have a proven track record in all facets of finance administration including recent experience in the use of MYOB (or equivalent) and Excel and an appropriate tertiary qualification.
