Due to rapid expansion leading into 2009, this firm is now looking to appoint a Financial Accountant for its Melbourne team. Your key responsibilities will include: - Annual statutory Accounting
- Management of the AP and AR teams
- Controlling the Annual Audit
- Responsible for the company tax returns
- Key advisor in the implementation of new processors and procedures.
Ideally, but most importantly, the successful candidate will be CA or CPA qualified with at least three years experience involving the aforementioned accountabilities. Due to the technical exposure of the role, a background from within the profession would be an advantage.
