Bookkeeper

  • We have an opportunity within our Private Clients group for an experienced Bookkeeper to join the team.

    You will undertake general bookkeeping tasks for dedicated clients of the firm. Your responsibilities will include;

     
    - Accurate, efficient and timely maintenance of client cash books, payment of accounts and basic cash flow forecasting and maintaining general ledgers.
    - All aspects of banking including reconciliations, and processing payroll for the client.
    - Preparation of periodic BAS and PAYG calculations and other statutory returns as required.
    - General client administration including preparation of client correspondence.
    - Attendance at regular meetings with clients, in the office and at times at client premises.

     
    Your communication skills, and the confidence to work autonomously will be paramount coupled with your eye for detail, ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure. You will be an experienced Bookkeeper that is able to handle all financial matters for the clients. Ideally you will have an accounting or advanced bookkeeping qualification.
