Reporting to the Billings Manager you will be primarily accountable for customer billing management. Your responsibilities will include coordinating billing runs, exception reporting, resolving unbilled accounts and answering ????? ?????. In addition you will be involved in managing, coaching and mentoring ????? ?????, liaison with key stakeholders and process improvement.
 
Possessing extensive billings experience from a retail energy environment you will be a confident and dedicated professional able to think outside the square. With extensive people management and well developed communication skills you will need to be hands on. Essential to this role is your self motivated attitude coupled with an enthusiastic and pro active approach.
