With a view to providing senior management with timely, accurate and meaningful information through complex analysis, a new opportunity has arisen for a proven Business Analyst.
 
Success will be measured through your extensive commercial analysis experience; including preparation of complex financial models, project evaluations, preparation of merger synergies as well as various other M&A related activities.
 
This role requires someone with a CA or CPA qualification, and a proven corporate finance or M&A background either from a commercial business environment or a Big 4 chartered firm.  Industry experience from a highly regulated industry such as healthcare will be held in high regard.
 
An outgoing personality combined with excellent written and oral communication skills are also an absolute must.
