Successful outcomes will be measured through the ability to provide value add management reporting, financial planning and analysis, process redesign and consolidation of group level reports.
As this role is highly visible to senior management and requires strong business unit stakeholder liaison you will demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills. An ability to interpret financial information and provide commercial business analysis will be highly sought.
They'll also have a capacity to review business and reporting processes, identify inefficiencies and make improvements. Communicating and engaging the business in this change management process will be imperative.
