    We are currently seeking a business analyst who will be responsible for the specification, co-ordination and quality of the Sites minor and major enhancement programs. Accountabilities include; gathering ????? ????? requirements, process design/mapping, change management & communications, training design and execution. 
     
    Specifically accountabilities for the Business Analyst role include:

    • Facilitate requirements workshops
    • Document business, functional and non-functional requirements and ongoing maintenance of the Site's baselined requirements
    • Develop wireframe/screen mockups of web/mobile functional requirements
    • Document and design business processes and ongoing maintenance of the Site's baselined business process
    • Present status reports to Manager Online Development
    • Assist in the creation and ongoing refinement of the  enhancement pipeline framework, to improve quality, output and reduce bottlenecks in the overall process
    • Provide leadership and direction of the enhancement pipeline framework to contractors as required, to ensure their deliverables comply with framework standards
    • Provide proactive contribution to the whole Online development process including Projects
    • Documenting business case submissions where required
    • Document User Acceptance Test scripts (UAT) where required to test Site enhancements
    • Document Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and training material where required for Site enhancements
    • Document Communications packs and plans where required for Site enhancements

    To be successful in this role you will be degree qualified in IT and/or business related discipline as well as:

    • Have Experience in working in team environments
    • Strong proficiency in Business Analysis
    • Proven experience in working in large, complex corporate environments
    • Change Analysis and Management, Training Development and Execution and Communication Development and Management
    • Proven experience in working with Tier 1 Vendors, 3rd parties / solution partners
    • Strong organisational and planning skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Multi-tasking competencies
    • Well-versed in the project management practices and principles and must understand project management standards (PMBok, Prince2 etc)
