My Client is an ASX listed company - A leading financial services solutions provider to financial planning practices. Based in the CBD close to all public transport - an opportunity has arisen for the right person to join their Finance team in an AR / Client Services role!

What is involved:
Ø  Building & Maintaining excellent relationships with Clients
Ø  Daily Bank Statement Reconciliation and funds transfer.
Ø  Issuing Invoices and credit notes processing.
Ø  Assist with the completion of Month end or Year-end processing and reports.
Ø  Preparation and processing of journals.
Ø  AR posting's into general ledger.
Ø  Balance sheet account reconciliations at month-end

What you need:

• Excellent Customer Service Skills!
• Strong AR / Billing experience
• Clear communication skills and ability to build rapport
