The role involves:
- Ensure billing is maximised by liaising with the FC regarding maintenance invoices
- Liaising with clients and guiding them through the billing process. Excellent Customer Service is ESSENTIAL!
- Assist in the development and implementation of simplified and consolidated billing.
- Planning, testing and implementation of system upgrades
- Monitoring and ensure Billings ensuring they are of high level service whilst ensuring the accurate and timely printing and dispatch of all accounts.
- Review current practices and to develop systems and processes in line with best practices.
- Document step by step guide of the process in the billing department.
- Other duties as required.
What you need:
- Experience in a Billings role - Ideally within the medical industry
- Strong Customer Service Skills and Communication Skills
- Think outside the box approach to work
- A Problem Solver !
