Demonstrating your can do attitude you will be responsible for a portfolio of debtor accounts. Your duties will include making out bound calls to collect outstanding payment, implement payments plans, following up default payments and answer outstanding queries.
 
To be successful in this busy role you will possess exceptional problem solving ability, high level communication skills and intermediate knowledge of MS Office. With extensive collections experience from a large environment you will have a passion for going above and beyond a customers expectations. In addition your ability to meet tight deadlines, team orientation and self motivation will be second to none.
