Reporting to the Team Leader you will be primarily accountable for the negotiation and collection of monies on overdue consumer accounts. In addition you will be responsible for answering ????? ?????, reporting and the follow up of breached payment arrangements.
 
To be successful you will have proven extensive collections background, worked with portfolio's, be self motivated and confident. With outstanding communication you will have excellent negotiable skills and impeccable time management.
