Leading Australian owned International Freight Forwarder and Logistics provider seeking a person with exceptional Data Entry and Customer Service skills to join their Seafreight Department handling Imports located in Matraville Head Office
ABOUT THE JOB
You will be handling the daily operations of Ocean Imports which will include registering ????? ?????, processing Sea Cargo Automation, dealing with Shipping lines, Forwarders and contractors
You will be confident to deal with customers on a regular basis with sound English communication skills
You will have responsibility for the data entry of all relevant paperwork associated with import shipments
ABOUT YOU
You must have a minimum of 4 years local experience in Import Oceanfreight Operations gained from a similar position.
You must be able to work in a small team environment with minimal supervision You have excellent interpersonal skills
You understand Sea Cargo Automation and ICS processes
You have excellent customer service skills
You will need excellent computer and communication skills
EDI Preferred however not essential
