Expect A Star Education Services is currently recruiting on behalf of an established community centre in Neutral Bay. This centre prides itself on always providing a high standard of quality and care for all their children and there is currently an opportunity for you to be an integral part of this.

As the director of this centreyou need to be someone that -

• Has had previous experience as a centre director
• Has completed a Bachelor of Education/Teaching in Early Childhood
• Has a thorough understanding of all the roles within a child care centre- from assistants to teachers
• Can build rapport easily and quickly with parents, staff and children
• Would have experience managing a team of 5 plus staff members
• Has an understanding of the business side of running a centre- from financial, to staffing, to marketing, regulations, accreditations etc
• Has a Current First Aid Certificate
