Two exciting opportunities exist to join our dynamic and professional team, responsible respectively for planning in the area of aviation capacity, and managing the operations on the airfield.
Reporting to the Manager Operations, the primary objective of the Airfield Operations Manager is to provide operational direction to the Airfield Team. The Airfield Operations Manager ensures that the airfield continually meets operational requirements and that there are adequate, appropriately trained and competent resources to supervise airfield work sites. The role is responsible for ensuring ????? ????? procedures are carried out in accordance with regulatory requirements.
The Airfield Operations Manager will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to resolve operational issues and continually improve airfield processes. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in the aviation industry, and a thorough working knowledge of the application of regulatory standards.
Proven leadership skills are an essential requirement of the role as is a strong decision making capability. To be successful you will possess excellent analytical skills and will be a motivated self starter. You will also have a successful track record of competently managing people, and strong capabilities in interacting with people at all levels of the business.
