A world leading Enterprise solutions provider is currently seeking: Technical Consultant.
The Technical Consultant provides telephone and e-mail technical support to customers and contributes to improving software products, delivering ????? ?????. You are able to focuses beyond immediate problem solving and looks for opportunities to educate the customer about the company's products, enhancing user self-sufficiency and satisfaction. As part of the technical support team, you will be instrumental in creating, and maintaining documentation, process standards, and service levels.
Skills Required
· Good Communication skills and service-oriented attitude.
· Strong user and technical problem solving skills
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
· Good understanding of software running in a tiered architecture, .NET environment
· Database and SQL skills

· IIS
· .NET programming
· Familiarity with VB
· Solaris / Linux experience
