National Operations Training Manager

     We are seeking a key influencer who can drive a high level of compliance in this strategic yet hands on Training Management role. You will develop and deliver training activities that support the objective of ‘Recruiting, Equipping, Developing and Empowering ????? ?????’ by providing outcome and customer focused training products/resources for operational functional teams nationally
     
    In this role you will:
    • Manage a national team of Operational Trainers
    • Provide input into the People & Organisational Development strategy
    • Coordinate and manage the implementation of a strategic national Operations training approach
    • Create an annual national Operational Training Plan aligned to functional priorities
    • Develop and implement evaluation processes to promote and enable a culture of continuous learning and improvement
    • Work with operations managers and supervisors to identify training needs and options to support central decision-making and prioritisation of the national operations training agenda
    • Provide training options to cater for ‘special needs’ or special projects
    • Support the implementation of a new Operations Induction Process
     
    To be considered for this role, you will have:
    • Demonstrated experience in managing a high performing team
    • Demonstrated experience as a trainer of small and large groups, conducting training needs analyses and in developing high quality training resources/content
    • Expertise in developing training programs using a range of technological delivery methods
    • Experience working in an operational environment is highly desirable
