Part time Customer Service Officer for busy customer service centre

School hours - 10am - 2pm Monday to Friday

We are looking for an experienced, bright and enthusiastic customer service superstar for our client based in Mascot. This is a 3 month contract role for a well renowned and respected FMCG company who takes pride in the incredible service and product they provide to their customers. The successful candidate will have experience working with a product in their customer service role.
Working Monday through Friday from 10am till 2pm the main duties performed in this role will be:
         Receiving and Responding to Customer enquiries and orders via email, phone and fax
         Accurate and speedy data entry using the SAP system
         Order and delivery tracking
         Preparing ????? ?????
The successful candidate will be a fast learner who is familiar with all MS Office packages, SAP and direct selling. Previous Customer Service and Administration experience is a must to join this dedicated and fun loving team.
