Our client, a global leader in the logistics industry is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative. Join their team of successful, driven, customer service focused individuals and love your job today!
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager you will be responsible for answering ????? ????? in relation to orders in progress. As the central point of contact for external customers you will be highly customer service focused with an ability to build strong working relationships and to identify and fix problems that arise.
Involved with the order tracking process your responsibilities will include:
Customer Service
Data entry & tracking of shipments
Quick response to all emails & phone calls
Database maintenance
Problem solving
Ideally you will possess experience within the logistics/transport industry, high attention to detail, excellent communication & rapport building skills, administration & MS Office knowledge and the drive to succeed and build your career within the organisation.
